— Farrell Wayne Holder, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended three years, diverted for three years, restitution, sentencing Jan. 19.

— Carla Sue Hunt, tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.

— Talmadge Branham, tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.

— Jacki E. Morris, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to possession, pleaded guilty, recommended three years; receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended one year consecutive; sentencing Jan. 19.

— Carlos Ordonez-Lopez, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years; receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Larry Christopher Puckett, first-degree robbery, amended to second-degree robbery, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended two years consecutive; first-degree persistent felony offender, pleaded guilty, enhanced robbery sentence to 10 years; sentencing Jan. 19.

— Tasha R. Williams, complicity to first-degree robbery, amended to facilitation, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, sentencing Jan. 19.

— Randall Sebastian, first-degree sexual abuse, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; first-degree sexual abuse, dismissed; first-degree sodomy, pleaded guilty, recommended 20 years concurrent; sentencing March 16.

— Kelvin D. Shaw, possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, sentenced to  30 days; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to possession, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year consecutive; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Jennifer Rebecca Blankenship, theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to two years, diverted for three years, restitution.

— Nicholas R. Harrison, convicted felon in possession of a handgun, sentenced to seven years, probated for five years and complete drug court.

— Nicholas R. Harrison, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, concurrent with previous case; possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.

— Nicholas R. Harrison, theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to one year, concurrent with previous cases.

— Kyle F. Hebert, second-degree terroristic threatening, sentenced to one year, probated for two years.

— Jackie M. Hisle Jr., second-degree manslaughter (two counts), sentenced to five years concurrent; second-degree manslaughter, sentenced to five years consecutive.

— Rodney Lee Hisle, receiving stolen property – firearm, sentenced to one year; receiving stolen property, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Rodney Lee Hisle, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, concurrent with previous case.
