CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— William Walker, 28, of 125 Stewarts Mill Road, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence, disregarding a stop sign, failure to wear seat belt, improper display of registration plate, no insurance and instructional permit violation.

— Michael Johnson, 48, of 131 Franklin Ave., was charged Friday with driving under the influence and failure to use turn signal.

— Ozum Bal, 35, of Lexington, was charged Saturday with reckless driving and driving under the influence (second offense).

— Rosie Rife, 47, of 2340 Schollsville Road, was charged Saturday with reckless driving, failure to produce insurance card, driving under the influence and second-degree wanton endangerment.

— Santiago S. Gutierrez, 23, of 210 Bracken Court, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 8:24 a.m. Friday, deputies were called to 402 Harney Drive after someone used the caller’s personal information to open an account in her name.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 17 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, 13 respiratory cases, two diabetic cases and four overdoses.

— At 4:24 p.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at 1215 W. Lexington Ave.

— At 5:56 p.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Carol Road.

— At 1:02 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Boone Avenue and Bypass Road.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:52 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted Winchester Fire-EMS with a call on Oxford Drive.

— At 12:01 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mary Way.

— At 4:28 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Monet Boulevard.

— At 3:25 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Hibiscus Lane.

— At 8:16 a.m. Sunday, firefighers assisted EMS personnel with a call on Monet Boulevard.

— At 2:54 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to Epperson Road for a smell of smoke in the area.

— At 7:21 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Cunningham Lane.

— At 9:24 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Muddy Creek Road.

— At 9:38 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ford Hampton Road.

— At 12:27 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Glenway Road.
