The City of Winchester announced it would be moving trick-or-treating and Halloween MAINia to tonight because of threats of inclement weather for Halloween evening.

Trick or treating and the annual downtown Halloween MAINia have been rescheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. today.

Halloween MAINia is free and family friendly. Main Street will be closed to traffic from Lexington Avenue to Washington Street.

The Clark County Public Library canceled its Spooky Storytelling Festival previously scheduled for Tuesday and instead will be passing out treats downtown.

Central Baptist Church will also host a Trunk or Treat tonight.
