James Peyton Kirby

James Peyton Kirby, born Feb. 3, 1960, to the late James and Sharron King Kirby, passed away on Sunday Aug. 12, 2018.

He graduated from the University of Ky. where he was a member of Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity and earned his Law Degree from NKU Salmon P Chase College of Law. He was employed with the Commonwealth of Ky., Department for Environmental Protection.

He is survived by his children; Max Kirby, Cecilia, Ky., Zack Kirby, Winchester, Ky. and Emily Kirby, New Orleans, La.; siblings, Tom (Rosemary) Kirby, Loganville, Ga., Susan (Howard) Holt, Orlando, Fl. and John (Bekki) Kirby, Converse, Tx.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 19, at 2:00 p.m., at Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home.
