Jessie A. Banks, 83, widow of Virgil Banks, passed away 9/12/2018.

She was born 7/1/1935 to the late Norman and Anna Wilcox Rose.

She had worked as a nurse aide but also served as Dean of Boys at Oneida Baptist Institute.

She is survived by a daughter, Pamela Stewart and sons, Steve and Ricky Banks, Mike and Mark Hollon; Fifteen grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; Brothers Jimmy, Doug, Bobby and Scotty Rose; Sister Judy Rose.

She was preceded in death by son Wayne Banks, brother Larry Rose and sister Joyce Johnson.

Services will be on Friday, 9/28/2018 at 11:00 am at Rolan G Taylor Funeral Home, with visitation on Thursday from 5-7 pm at the funeral home.
