Charged
— Tessa Blanton, 41, was charged Friday with no tail lamps, operating on a suspended or revoked license, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.
— Ashley Nichole Bryant, 26, was charged Friday with or expired registration plates and instructional permit violations.
— Michael Climo, 60, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication in a public place and second-degree disorderly conduct.
— Stephen Roy Duren, 34, was charged Friday with improper equipment, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
— Sheena Gladson, 36, was charged Sunday with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
— Wesley Hunter, 42, was charged Friday with possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, instructional permit violations and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
— Charles Jackson, 24, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500 and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.
— Jackie McClure, 38, Friday with theft by unlawful taking under $500, resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct and public intoxication of a controlled substance.
— Sarah McClure, 41, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking under $500, resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine) and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Ronald Shrout, 47, was charged Sunday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— At 11:28 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen wallet and money.

— At 10:09 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 50 N. Main St. concerning an assault.
— At 10:25 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 2 Denny Ave. concerning an overdose.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— Over the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 33 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, six respiratory cases, one stroke and one overdose.
— At 1:39 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 101 W. Lexington Ave.
— At 9:09 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a report of the smell of gas at 1912 Saxon Court. Columbia Gas responded.
— At 10:08 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a vehicle accident at the area of Rockwell and Van Meter roads.
— At 6:36 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle accident at 25 Carol Road.
— At 1:27 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle accident at Washington and Highland streets.
— At 5:26 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 219 Cross Brook Lane.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 11:03 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted emergency personnel with a call on Mount Vernon Drive.
— At 10:08 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Rockwell and Yeiser roads.
— At 8:21 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a structure fire on Log Lick Road.
— At 9:45 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted emergency personnel with a call on Bunker Hill Road.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Accidents
— At 10:07 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an accident on Rockwell Road in which a 2006 Kia Optima driven by Russel Whisman, 50, of 212 Hickory Lane was traveling west when he overcorrected to the right of the roadway, striking the guardrail then reentered the roadway and crossed into oncoming traffic striking a 2015 Chevy Equinox driven by Danielle Jarrett, 23, of 18 Chickadee Lane head on. Jarrett had to be extricated from the vehicle by firefighters. Both were transported to University of Kentucky Medical Center with injuries.
— At 8:36 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an accident on Lexington Road in which witnesses said they saw a 2000 Toyota Corolla driven by Brandi Davis of Clearwater, Florida, swerve into the oncoming eastbound lane of traffic then overcorrect and strike a utility pole. Davis had to be extricated from the vehicle and was transported to UK with unspecified injuries.
