Feb. 1

• Dalyn Wayne Catron, 23 – Speeding – 15 MPH over limit. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Jennilee Edwards, 40 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Reckless driving.

• Gregory E. Faulkner, 49 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 3rd or > offense within 12 months.

• Brandon T. Ferguson, 31 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. .08 – 2nd. Failure to wear seat belts. Disregarding stop signs.

• Pedro Ferrer, 51 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Insufficient head lamps.

• Lori A. Forrester, 58 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle. No tail lamps. Failure to illuminate head lamps.

• Charles F. Kern, 47 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Tiajah M. Owings, 25 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Robert N. Pritchett, 58 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Jason D. Reynolds, 42 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

• Timothy Lee Stidham, 43 – Possession of marijuana.

• Jared Deondrae Strode, 37 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Sarahjeanne C. Summers, age unknown – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Richard W. Warmouth, 38 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Driving on a DUI suspended license – 1st offense.

Feb. 2

• Justin Patrick Anderson, 37 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Charles Romelle Bruton, 61 – Failure to illuminate headlamps. Insufficient head lamps. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Sancha Lynn Hayes, 45 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Sherry L. James, 46 – Driving on a DUI suspended license – 1st offense.

• Jameel Ahmad Khan, 28 – Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 2nd offense (methamphetamine). Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.
