Christian Women Authors of Winchester to host upcoming workshop

The Christian Women Authors of Winchester are once more offering an opportunity for others to hone their creative skills and explore developing their stories. 

“Write Now: A Beginner’s Workshop” will be taking place on March 16th, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at First Christian Church, located at 24 East Hickman Street, with a one-hour lunch break.  

Christian Women Authors of Winchester includes several local published writers, such as Rhonda Gould, Sher Hudson, Jacqueline Hamilton, Joy Matthews, Caron Massey, Nicole Webb, Ronda Simmons, Vache King, Joan Pruden, and many more.

Previous workshops have helped writers understand how to facilitate the writing process, identify target audiences and main ideas, learn about different types of publishing, be aware of pitfalls and other challenges writers sometimes encounter, utilize effective editing skills, and more. 

Christian Women Authors of Winchester, with individuals coming together because of a love for writing, people, and God, also utilizes tips in line with faith-based thinking, such as considering how God might be using one’s writing for deeper meaning.
