Brenda Wingert received a promotion to vice president of operations for Pearl Interactive Network, Inc., a national government contracting firm based in Columbus, Ohio.

In this new role, she will oversee all contact center operations and support sales, bid and proposal processes for government contracting.

Wingert brings to Pearl more than 15 years of call center management, including budget, facilities, IT and project management.

Prior to joining Pearl Interactive Network, she led and implemented 600-plus seat call center operations.

In the new role as vice president of operations, Wingert will continue to oversee Pearl’s 400-seat operation in Winchester and is charged with the implementation of a 750-seat operation in Tempe, Arizona, for a Census contract.

Wingert began her tenure with Pearl as a financial analyst for Pearl’s Kentucky contact center and went on to assume the site manager and program manager roles.

During her spare time Wingert is a consummate baker, cook and quilter.
