Raglin, first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day; convicted felon in possession of a handgun, amended to felon in possession of a firearm, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing April 11.
