Darrell Thomas Johnson, 76, Nicholasville, KY, passed away March 31, 2019 in Lexington, Ky.

He was born September 23, 1942 to late Thomas and Pauline L. Johnson, Winchester. Ky. He was a business owner and veteran of United States Army and served with the 299th Combat Engineers from 1965 to 1966 in the Vietnam war. He was an avid muscle car enthusiast, enjoyed playing golf and watching basketball.

Survivors include one brother, Gary A. Johnson (Janie) of Winchester, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Darrell was preceded in death by two brothers, Dorsey Johnson, Ron Johnson and one sister Linda Johnson.

A visitation service will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Thursday April 4, 2019, Scobee Funeral Home, Winchester, Ky.

There will be a private interment.
