Linda Sue Rainey, 68, wife of James A. Rainey, passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.

A native of Winchester, KY, she was born on September 9, 1950, to the late James and Geneva White Hall. She had worked at Sylvania, Standard Products and Double Star Corporation. She was a member of The Baptist Faith.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Kimberly (Brad) Case; two grandchildren, Dylan and Hailey Case; one brother, Jr. (Polly) Hall; sister-in-law, Shirley Hall, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Keith Allen Rainey; two sisters, Mary Mae Nichols and Carrie Francis Whitehouse; and one brother, Phillip Wayne Hall.

Services will be at 10:00AM, Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Scobee Funeral Home by Rev. Tony Stang. Burial will be in Winchester Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Paul David Whitehouse, Michael Hall, James David Stone, Dylan Case, Brad Case and Bill Wells.

Visitation will be Friday, February 22, 2019 from 5:00-7:00PM at Scobee Funeral Home.
