Remains confirmed as missing Clark woman
A body found Thursday in Madison County has been confirmed as that of a missing Clark County woman.
The Madison County Coroner’s office confirmed Friday the remains were those of 26-year-old Amanda Bailey, according to published reports.
Bailey had been missing since Monday after she went to Lake Reba in Madison County to talk with her ex-boyfriend.
The remains were found on a farm off Kentucky 52.
A cause of death has not been determined, and the coroner told news media the identity was confirmed through fingerprints.
