Guy promoted at Traditional Bank

Traditional Bank is pleased to recognize Commercial Loan Officer and Vice President Mason Guy as market leader for Winchester and Clark County.

The market leadership role was previously held by long-time Traditional Bank team member Hagan Codell who retired in May.

“It’s a great time to be a part of our local business community, with Winchester developing its downtown commercial district and new opportunities arising throughout Clark County,” Guy said. “Traditional Bank is doing our best to grow alongside local businesses – with a second location on the horizon and consistent enhancements to our products, services and technology.”

Guy said “people make the difference” at Traditional Bank, citing leadership’s commitment to expanded training programs and volunteer opportunities to help team members grow personally and professionally.

He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and the University of Kentucky, as well as the Kentucky Bankers Association’s General Banking School and Commercial Lending School.

He joined Traditional Bank in 2002 and has 16 years lending experience.

Guy is an active community member. He recently joined the Rotary Club, serves on the Member Services Committee for the Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Regional Opportunity Council for Bluegrass Community and Technical College.

Traditional Bank is an independent, community bank with 14 locations in Fayette, Montgomery, Bourbon, Clark and Menifee counties and approximately $1.4 billion in assets.
