Rita Jane King Osborne, 73, widow of John (JW) Osborne passed away Monday, March 18, 2019 at Clark Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by her three children; Bill (Ruby) Osborne Lexington ; Tammy (Brian) Murray and Lisa (Roy) Jarman of Winchester; sister Phillis (Leonard) Meyer; sisters-in-law Sara and Dorothy Osborne ,Tracey King of Millersburg, Ky.; and Gladys Osborne; grandchildren; Alex (Adam )Wright, Katie Osborne, Kayla (Charles) Underwood, Brenna Murray, Brittany (Lozz) Castillo, Stephen ( Heather) Day, Amanda Day, Dustin and Josh Jarman and Breann Palmer; great grandchildren; Jayden, Shalyn, Keyleigh, Kali, Khalia, Kolten, Brayden, Xavier, Kimber, Hunter, Ryan, Alayna. Michael, Penny, Jonathan and Elizabeth; also several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents William and Betsy King; brothers Robert and John King.

Rita was a member of the Light House Church of God and of the Winchester Civitan Club.

Services will be Friday , March 22, 2019, at 11:00 am with Rev Ryan Dotson officiating at Rolan G Taylor Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday , from 5-7 pm and Friday from 1000 am till the hour of service.

Grandsons will be pallbearers and honorary pallbearers are members of Winchester Civitan Club and Dr. August Ott.
